Tyers Art Festival

The Tyers Art Festival has been running since 1979 and in 2026 will celebrate its 47th year. It is becoming one of the major regional art events in Gippsland, attracting entries from throughout Gippsland, Victoria and beyond. Dates for 2026 being Friday 6th to Sunday 8th of November 2026 at the Tyers Hall.The Tyers Art Festival Gala Opening is held on the Friday evening from 8 to 11 pm. The exhibition then continues Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 3:00 pm (tickets available at the door). In 2026, Lotje has the maximum 5 entries in the show. In 2024t Lotje has won the Colour Photography section with her ‘Gum Bark Triptych’ image and in a previous show, the Monochrome Section with her ‘Barbed Wire’ image. A great Art Show to visit and possibly buy a beautiful piece of art or one of Lotje’s canvas prints. This year Lotje will also attend the inaugural Tyers Art Market that coincides with the Show and takes place on the 7th and 8th of November.
