Dead Tree (Mt Buffalo)

Description

One of my favourite places in Victoria’s High Country is Mt Buffalo. Only 15 minutes drive from Bright, this mountain is full of amazing places to explore. One of my favourite walks is the walk up to the top of The Horn. During a misty morning in autumn, I came across this dead tree, shaped by the wind. Because of the mist, the background (mountainous areas) is fallen away creating this amazing scene. With not a lot of colour in the original shot, a black and white image was the best way to show this scene. Dead Tree Mt Buffalo looks stunning on any wall that warrants a strong monochrome image.
